The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ph333.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement
